The deal.

1. Who you're buying from
The site webdesignhot.com and the kits sold through it are operated by webdesignhot. Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record — meaning Polar handles the transaction, issues the invoice, and is responsible for consumption taxes (GST, VAT, sales tax) in your jurisdiction. Your payment contract is with Polar; the kit itself is licensed to you under the terms below.
2. What a purchase gives you
- →A personal, non-exclusive license to use the kit's source code in your own commercial projects — sites, apps, client work — without seat limits.
- →A time-limited, usage-limited download URL delivered by email after payment clears. If the URL expires before you've copied the ZIP locally, email us and we'll reissue it.
- →Free updates to the same major version for life — when a new minor or patch release of your kit ships, the download email is re-sent with the fresh URL.
3. What a purchase does not give you
- →The right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the kit — whether as source, as a derivative product, or as part of a template marketplace.
- →The right to share the download URL with anyone outside your organization.
- →An SLA or guaranteed response time. Support is best-effort email.
The full license text ships inside every kit at LICENSE.md. Read it.
4. Refunds
14-day, no-questions-asked refund for any kit. Email us at hi@webdesignhot.com with your order ID and we'll refund you through Polar. After the refund, your license terminates and any download tokens are revoked.
5. Warranty disclaimer
The kits are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We'll fix genuine bugs on a best-effort basis, but your production site is your production site; test before you ship.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration, except where your jurisdiction grants you stronger statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived — in which case those apply to the extent required.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change materially, the "last updated" date at the top will change and — if you're a customer — you'll get an email. Continuing to use the site or a purchased kit after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
