14 days. No questions.

Every digital product on webdesignhot.com is covered by a 14-day no-questions refund. If the kit doesn't fit your project — for any reason, or no reason — reply to your purchase email within 14 days and ask for a refund.

That's it. No forms, no support tickets, no "what went wrong" survey gating the refund. The same card that paid for the kit gets refunded within 5–10 business days, and you'll get a confirmation from our payment processor (Polar).

What happens to access

Your download link may remain active while Polar processes the request. Once a full refund is confirmed, the order is marked refunded, its download tokens are revoked, and the commercial license terminates. Files already downloaded cannot be technically recalled, but they must no longer be used or redistributed.

After 14 days

We don't process refunds outside the 14-day window — but if something genuinely broke for you (a major version regression, an unannounced removal), email us anyway. We'd rather make it right than leave you stuck.

How to ask

Reply to the email that delivered your download link, or write to hi@webdesignhot.com from the same address you used at checkout. One sentence is enough.
